When I launched my therapy business back in 2006, I had no idea where it would take me but I was up for the journey!! Having had a previous career in business and customer service management, run a guest house in Scotland and with two young children, this was certainly a new direction. I carried out my initial therapy training in the Highlands of Scotland and then moved to Suffolk. With many courses and 11 therapy qualifications including Reiki Master Teacher and Massage In Schools Programme Instructor, under my belt I had to get going! Initially I worked as a Holistic Therapist providing treatments to clients, enjoying meeting new people and building up my experience. As I worked through the levels of Reiki my spiritual development really began to take off and in no time I was working with Angels and Spirit. Many clients were interested in this side of my work too and it inspired me to host mind body spirit events. So I was able to develop my portfolio of treatments, training courses and events. In the past few years I have been working with spirit much more closely having had some amazing experiences which you can find out more in our newsletters and also work with helping to heal homes with energy clearing and spirit release work.

I am totally passionate about all aspects of my work and with my healing work, teaching, spiritual consultations and treatments I am able to offer a totally holistic package for clients and students.

My work with Spirit & Angels

Like so many others I was sensitive to spirit when I was a child and have always been able to see energy. However, its only in the last few years that I have been able to understand a lot of the experiences I had as a child and during my lifetime since then and I realise that I have been learning about working with spirit all my life. However to me this work is much more than just communicating with loved ones, its about working with our guides with protection and healing and helping people here on the earth plane and also in the spirit world.
